DURKEEVILLE

The Durkeeville Mural Unveiling

On March 15, 2024, a group of interested organizations celebrated the history of Durkeeville, and honored recent and living legends, Paul Tutwiler, Ben Frazier, Pastor Harris, and J.P. Small.

Visit the mural on Prince Street, on Paschal Brothers’ Hardware Store’s side wall and admire the talents of local artists, Christopher Clark and Tatiana Kitchen, and the youth who helped bring it to life.

Unified Communities Investors, Center for Children’s Rights, Youth Action Series, Blue Zone Projects, The Performance Academy, and Jacksonville Arts and Music came together to make this historical event a reality.
